Too early for Christmas decorations? Well, the shopping centers have had theirs on display for weeks now, so I think it should be OK if I put out some of the new things that UPS delivered today. These are so cute, and so detailed, especially the bratwurst stand.
Birds: Haven't noticed many birds lately - the weather was very warm over the weekend and they don't come around the feeders much when it's nice out. But over the last couple of weeks, I have seen a few "good" birds in the backyard, including: 2 white-throated sparrows, 1 song sparrow, 1 yellow-rumped warbler, 1 northern flicker, 2 or 3 white-breasted nuthatches. Have to check my notes to see if I have forgotten anybody.
