Great Backyard Bird Count
The annual Great Backyard Bird Count starts tomorrow and runs through Monday. This year they are asking folks to get out of the backyard and go look for birds in nearby parks and wild areas. Well, maybe I will, but probably not. I really like the idea of sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of tea while counting the birds.
