Salvia. I planted these many years ago from seed, and now they volunteer everywhere. I usually just let them go unless they're in the way. I think the original was Salvia coccinea 'Coral Nymph'. This one happens to be next to the driveway and near a patch of Plumbago (Ceratostigma plumbaginoides).
