Consolida regalis 'Blue Cloud' or Blue Cloud Larkspur. This one is planted next to a daylily (not yet blooming) in a container. I'm expecting a pretty picture when the apricot daylily starts blooming, but even now the few flowers on the larkspur are very pretty.
