Madhur Jaffrey Again
Last night I made an entire menu from Madhur Jaffrey's Cookbook. I think this is the first time I have ever made an entire suggested menu from any source whatsoever.
I really like this book, and we have liked all the recipes we've tried from it. Her broiled tomatoes are the only way I make those now (seasoned with thyme & cayenne).
Anyway, last night, I made Broiled Coriander-Honey Chicken (except we grilled it); served with a spicy peanut sauce; green beans with a sesame oil-soy sauce sauce; and rice with sesame seeds, carrot, & raisins.
And we finished the rice for lunch today with assorted leftovers and a Kofta Curry that we like (from the freezer at the local Indian store).
