Indian Cooking Blogs
Much as I want to write here about all the wonderful things I've been cooking, it just wouldn't be true. The house renovation project won't be complete for another 2 months or so, and I'm ready to climb the walls now. The kitchen is done, but what with dust swirling in from elsewhere and me being tethered to the house (no recreational shopping), I just haven't been inspired to cook much. I've been spending a lot of time at the keyboard though, and although I can't concentrate enough to write anything myself, I've found a lot of new (to me) blogs, and a lot of them have to do with Indian cooking.
I've resisted for a long time the idea of adding a blog roll to the margins here or in the garden blog, because there are a very few that I read regularly, a larger number that I read sometimes, and an even bigger number that I read very occasionally. How to organize all that? And I would hate to leave anybody off the list. And since I hardly ever write anything here, nobody reads it anyway. So..., so far no list.
But, having said that, I really like these blogs:
